How do I get past times into the system?

Entering a swimmer's historical best times helps calibrate the Power Index, goal times, and personal progress tracking:

Import Times with Screenshot or Text (Fastest)

On the dashboard or Swimmer profile, click "Import Times". You can take a screenshot of your swimmer's times table from SwimCloud (or any swimming app/site) and upload or paste it directly (Ctrl+V), or copy and paste the raw table text. The AI automatically extracts event names, course lengths, swim times, dates, and calculates USA Swimming Power Points in seconds.

Upload a CSV

You can upload a CSV spreadsheet containing swim times (with Event, Time, Course, Meet, Date, Points columns) for quick bulk importing.

Manually Enter or Adjust

You can always add, edit, or remove individual times directly on the swimmer's Times tab.
